Proposal
Within days of our initial in-home consultation, we will email a proposal detailing: the general scope of work, material and labor cost, timelines and an estimated budget range for your project.
Design & Build
Once the proposed scope and renovation budget are accepted, a renovation start date is confirmed. From your customized proposal, we’ll fine-tune pricing, finalize design choices, and create your finished space, on-time and on budget.
